The Computer Faculty is responsible for teaching computer science and IT-related subjects, planning and delivering effective lessons, guiding students in practical sessions, and staying updated with current technological trends to enhance students’ learning experiences.
Deliver lectures and practical sessions on computer fundamentals, software, programming languages, and applications.
Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
Teach topics such as:
MS Office, Internet & Email
Programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python)
Web design (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Database Management (SQL, MS Access)
Operating systems and computer hardware basics
Conduct internal tests and help evaluate student performance.
Guide students in computer lab activities and project work.
Maintain discipline and a conducive learning environment.
Provide career and technical guidance to students.
Coordinate with academic heads and participate in departmental meetings.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (e.g., BCA, MCA, B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science). or Any Digre
Certifications in IT tools (e.g., Tally, CCC, Python, Java) are a plus.
Strong command over programming and application software.
Effective teaching and classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use digital teaching tools (projectors, LMS, etc.)
Passion for teaching and continuous learning.
0–5+ years (Fresher or experienced faculty depending on institution need)
