National Institute of Computing aims to provide quality computer education and skill development training. This Refund Policy explains the terms applicable to course fees and other payments made to the institute.
Once a student's admission is confirmed and the course has commenced, the admission/course fee is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is specifically approved by the institute or required under applicable law.
If a student requests cancellation before the commencement of the course, the institute may consider a refund after deducting applicable registration, administrative or processing charges.
The final refundable amount will depend on the individual circumstances and the institute's applicable fee rules.
After classes or training have commenced, fees paid for the course are generally non-refundable, including where a student:
If a student accidentally makes a duplicate payment or pays an amount in excess of the applicable fee, the institute may verify the transaction and refund the eligible excess amount through the appropriate payment method.
If National Institute of Computing cancels a course before it begins due to circumstances within the institute's control, the institute may provide a refund or offer an alternative course/batch, as applicable.
Where a refund is approved, payment gateway, banking or transaction charges that are non-refundable may be deducted where applicable and legally permissible.

Approved refunds will normally be processed within a reasonable period after verification of the request and payment details. The actual time taken for the amount to appear in the student's account may depend on the bank or payment service provider.
Fees paid for examinations, assessments, certificates, re-examinations or other services may be non-refundable once the relevant service has been initiated or provided.
The institute may decline a refund request where false, incomplete or misleading information has been provided, subject to applicable law.
