Refund Policy

1. Admission fees, registration fees, and examination fees are non-refundable.
2. Students who withdraw from a course after commencement of classes are not eligible for any refund.
3. Refund requests submitted before the start of classes may be considered at the sole discretion of the institute.
4. Any approved refund will be processed within 15–30 working days.
5. Refunds, if approved, will be made through the original payment method.
6. The institute reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
7. Course transfers or fee adjustments may be permitted in special circumstances subject to management approval.
